Cassondra Crawford co-founded Partners Staffing as Vice President of Recruiting in early 2020.  An accomplished Executive Leader with over 25 years staffing experience.  A respected leader who has focused on developing top performing teams to successfully provide the best staffing experience for both clients and candidates.

Cassondra began her career in public accounting at PwC.  After leaving PwC, Cassondra continued to use her accounting and finance background as an Executive Recruiter at a global staffing firm.  She has over 20 years of progressive experience in staffing and led the Washington DC Metro area as a Senior Regional Director.  Cassondra and her teams found success by listening and consulting with clients and candidates leading to multiple year President’s Club winners.
