Rome Zaffaroni started his recruiting career at Partners Staffing in January 2020.  He is new to the staffing industry but brings experience as an educator and a small business owner to the team.  Prior to joining Partners, Rome was the owner of the Annapolis Cigar Company in downtown Annapolis for just under 20 years, where he developed lifelong relationships with his clientele.  Rome started his early career as a public-school teacher for 6 years where he was able to share his wealth of knowledge with the younger generation.  In addition to his professional experience, he also served for two and a half years in the Peace Corps serving as a volunteer English teacher in Latvia.
